CONDITION
Consistent with age. Great patina – areas where the paint has worn away creating small rust spots, some discolouration inside, very charming.

Bought from a travelling trader, who moves from village to village buying and selling along the way. She told me these great pails were bought in a village in Northern France, although the name of the village she would not disclose, perhaps because there are more wonderful finds to be had and she wants to snap them up herself 😊 can’t blame her.
