Wonderful Portmeirion green ware designed by Susan Williams, this design was first released in 1963 and produced until 1972. It is an iconic design and appears in museums in England and Europe.

Picked up while on a trip to Wales, we visited the Portmeirion village , this is a tourist village in Gwynedd, North Wales. It was designed and built by Sir Clough Williams-Ellis started in 1925 and completed 1975 , it was build to make people appreciate architecture and instil happiness. The Village was the backdrop for the 1960’s cult classic tv series, The Prisoner. Its now a charitable trust open to the public
